Serving students from early childhood through middle school, Escola Santi faced a key challenge: a high dropout rate during Middle School, as many families shifted their focus toward exam-prep institutions.To respond to this, we developed a student recruitment campaign that reaffirmed the long-term value of Santi’s unique educational approach.

The Santi Way of Learning and Being

The concept behind the campaign began with a simple question: what do we do in the face of a world that demands more and more from us every day? Grounded in Santi’s core pillars — academic excellence, a nurturing environment, and global awareness — we created a storytelling strategy that connected current students with alumni and their journeys. Through these stories, we demonstrated the long-term impact of what we called the “Santi Way of Learning and Being”, positioning the school not just as a place of knowledge, but as a lifelong foundation for navigating the challenges of the future. This approach directly addressed the school’s main challenge by reinforcing its purpose, values, and lasting educational impact.
