Bigger than ever, AWS Cloud Experience Brazil 2024 expanded its footprint, visiting more cities and attracting more sponsors than the previous edition. This year, the spotlight was on Generative AI, and we crafted a communication strategy and visual identity that helped bridge AWS technology with business audiences.

Develop a cohesive visual identity for the event with custom adaptations for each city, manage multiple scenic production timelines, and highlight Generative AI across all touchpoints.

Visual Identity & Logo Adaptation

This edition featured a design concept centered on Generative AI. We introduced a background composed of merging squares — a metaphor for building knowledge, a key trait of AI, which relies on vast databases to generate relevant insights. We also updated the event’s logo to include the subtitle: “Generative AI Edition”.

Unique Visuals for Each City

Just like in 2023, AWS Cloud Experience Brazil 2024 toured multiple cities — each requiring its own identity. We used distinctive colors and custom icons to localize each event while maintaining a consistent brand feel.

Opening Video to Set the Tone

For this edition, we had the opportunity to produce an opening video that played at the start of every event. Unlike the previous year’s simple introduction, this video conveyed the full concept of AWS Cloud Experience 2024 and created anticipation for the day’s deep dive into Generative AI.

Comms for AWS & Sponsors

We supported AWS with content for social media — focusing primarily on video production, but also delivering static and carousel formats. We also worked closely with event sponsors, adapting visuals and copy to fit each brand’s messaging within the event context.

Additionally, AWS hosted the Executive Dinner, a more exclusive experience for key industry leaders. We developed custom invitations and menus tailored for each gathering.

Event Staging

We handled the full scenic design for AWS Cloud Experience Brazil 2024, adapting visuals and dimensions for each venue. From the main stage backdrop to directional signs — even the restroom signage — every detail reflected the event’s unified visual identity, creating a cohesive and immersive experience across all cities.
