What does my site need to qualify for a maintenance plan?

To be eligible for our maintenance plans, you need to already have hosting, a registered domain, and a website built with WordPress. We’ll need technical access to your domain provider, coordination or access to your hosting team, and a WordPress admin user. Additional access may be required depending on your specific setup.

Does the maintenance plan cover issues with hosting, domains, or emails?

Our plans are focused specifically on the WordPress platform. That means domain purchases, hosting renewals, email provider issues, and integrations outside of WordPress (like APIs or form data) are not included in the service scope.

My site has a virus! Can you fix it?

Our maintenance includes routine updates, password changes, and security scans to prevent viruses and malware. However, if a virus is detected, removal or recovery support is not included in the plan, as it goes beyond standard WordPress configuration. In such cases, we can either provide a separate quote for cleanup or restore your site from a clean backup.
